The online ordering process was simple to use. My pizza was hot and fresh in 20 minutes just like they said it would be. The staff was very friendly. And the pizza was amazing. Thank you.

We ordered for the first time tonight, the pasta was all amazing. The Greek salad was delicious! Very friendly staff and came quickly.

I am not ever the person to actually come write a review, but after my last interaction with them, I had to. Whoever deals with the phones or the “alleged” errors made on orders needs to brush up on their customer service skills. I kindly brought to their attention that my pizza was not made correctly, not even expecting much of anything but a “sorry for the misunderstanding”, but instead I was rudely asked what was wrong and was instantly met with accusations that it was my fault and I didn’t write it correctly, without even giving me a word in. When it came down to it, it was a misunderstanding on what my comment in the order meant, as I ordered a two topping pizza with black olives and pepperoni, with “Pepperoni only on half of the pizza plz” in the comment box. To me this means that the pepperoni will only be on half of the pizza with black olives on the whole thing, but to them it meant that I wanted pepperoni on the whole pizza and only half with black olives.
Honestly not even something I would usually even call about because I’m pretty passive about those small misunderstandings but the pizza was for my daughter, so I did end up calling. So after I wasn’t even offered an apology for the misunderstanding, just told how I need to “do it right” the next time, I likely will not be wanting to go back there anytime soon.
